We are seeking a Cluster Revenue Analyst to become a part of the RHG Revenue Team The Club; a revenue community that is unparalleled in the industry.

The Cluster Revenue Analyst will oversee all facets of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels, aiming to meet budgeted objectives for total revenue. This role encompasses pricing strategies, yield management, and total revenue optimization, necessitating a strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.

The Cluster Revenue Analyst will collaborate with the Hotel Team and key Commercial & Marketing stakeholders to drive Total Profitable Revenue and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to enhance revenue and RevPAR for the assigned portfolio. Implement effective pricing strategies and ensure optimal inventory across all revenue streams and market segments. Develop revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the area of responsibility. Investigate and extract relevant data from necessary systems for problem-solving and analysis. Embrace and optimize new systems and tools to maximize revenue potential. Collaborate closely with the Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned objectives. Build trust with key stakeholders through effective communication while balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term rate and volume optimization. Drive total revenue growth and achieve budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration, ensuring forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:

A relevant background typically includes a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics. 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution within the Hospitality sector. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous. Familiarity with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferred. Must possess a valid work permit for the EU.
