We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Professional to join our RHG Revenue Team, The Club; a true international community of pure talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels, in order to achieve the budgeted objectives for total revenue generating points of sale. The scope includes pricing, yielding, and total revenue optimization and requires a strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to drive revenue growth and RevPAR for assigned portfolio.
  2. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments.
  3. Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within area of responsibility.
  4. Analyze data from relevant systems to inform problem-solving and optimization.
  5. Stay up-to-date with new systems and tools to maximize revenue opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction.
  7. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and balance long-term strategic direction with short-term rate & volume optimization.
  8. Drive total revenue growth and achieve budgeted targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration.
  9. Ensure forecast accuracy.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution in the Hospitality industry.
  3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus.
  4. Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is preferable.
  5. Valid work permit for EU required.
