Job Description

The Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Distribution Systems Trainee to join their team. As a key member of the Revenue Management & Distribution team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing the commercial and revenue management strategy to maximize Direct and Indirect revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Maintenance: Conduct regular audits of the Central Reservations System (CRS) to ensure accurate loading and maintenance of hotel content, policies, and rates. Secure the loading of potential missing products and send partner maintenance spreadsheets to ensure correct product distribution across all channels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor connectivity-related performance dashboards to support the optimization of performance across channels, including troubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets.
  • Distribution Optimization: Collaborate with the RHG Distribution team and properties to align and implement endorsed activities to enhance hotel performance on 3rd party channels.
  • Rate Parity: Monitor and maintain Rate Parity across channels by auditing and troubleshooting any issues, and working with properties to ensure correct procedures are followed.
  • Support Revenue Optimization Projects: Assist in the implementation of key revenue optimization-related projects, including new partner rollouts and distribution activities.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); another European language is a plus.
  • Good communication and social skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Well organized with an eye for detail.
  • Flexible and cooperative.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Has a modern digital mindset.
  • Is self-driven and able to think outside and inside the box.
