Sales Operations Specialist

At Doctoralia España, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for monitoring our revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective execution of sales operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Track business results and monitor production KPIs concerning our CRM.
- Create and update automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection.
- Analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
- Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide actionable information for team leaders and managers.
- Participate in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
- Train sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and sales processes.
- Re-think processes, detect bottlenecks, and pursue improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Ensure leads are assigned and contacted promptly.
- Liaise with the global team to align processes with other countries.
- Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or business development project management.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must.
- Excel skills.
- Analytical thinking and report creation.
- Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new tools and skills.
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
