Sales Operations Specialist II

Join Ansys, a leading provider of simulation software, as a Sales Operations Specialist II. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for renewal and new sales, working closely with account managers to support sales cycles and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and related workflow.
- Partner with account managers to prepare and review sales orders, quotations, and legal forms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Administer renewal opportunities within the CRM, including revenue reconciliation and forecasting.
- Research and understand historical accounts, product order history, and discounting situations to support quote proposal generation.
- Perform audits to ensure conformance with established procedures and policies.
- Associate degree in business or accounting, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, finance, or legal support.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM and quote-to-cash scenarios, including quotation preparation.
