Sales Operations Specialist

At Doctoralia España, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will be responsible for monitoring our revenue KPIs and ensuring the effective execution of sales operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track business results and monitor production KPIs concerning our CRM
  • Create and update automations related to sales operations processes on the Clinics segment
  • Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively
  • Supervise KPIs, metrics, and performance of local teams and provide actionable information and useful insights
  • Take an active part in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact
  • Train sales reps on the use of the CRM tool and related processes
  • Rethink processes, detect bottlenecks, and pursue improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration with team members and other departments
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate or master's degree in economics, statistics, business, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, analytics, operations, or related positions
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Experience with CRM: Salesforce is a must
  • Excel skills
  • Analytical thinking and report creation
  • Excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Huge ease of learning new tools and skills
