We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. As a key member of our central team, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the Commercial Leadership Team (LT) to drive sales performance and operational excellence.

About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team through data analysis, process management, and strategic initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact Colt's ability to meet and exceed its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use these insights to enhance sales performance and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Leverage data to create and refine tools, reports, and dashboards that deliver critical metrics and improve operational efficiency.
  • Regularly assess and optimize sales processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Create and deliver sales reports and insights to various stakeholders, including the Sales team and Senior Leadership.

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service and the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs. You should have:

  • Proven experience in a role involving customer interaction and support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
