Job Summary:
The Sales & Order Operations Specialist II plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end process for renewal and new sales, ensuring seamless execution of company policies and procedures. This position requires strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work with internal departments in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Subject Matter Expert - Designated Go To on the team for a specific topic(s) for new and existing Sales & Order Operations staff, independently owning and managing a topic by expanding knowledge base, training new and existing staff, creating and maintaining training materials, and developing presentation skills.
- Sales Cycle and Related Workflow Responsibilities: Preparation of Quotation proposals, legal forms, and licensing requests, reviewing quotations for completeness and accuracy, partnering with assigned Account managers to prepare, review, process, and expedite sales orders and related workflow and services, and administering all renewal opportunities within the CRM.
- Customer Support: Acting as the primary contact for ANSYS customer needs, responding to questions on order status, account issues, license configuration, and other customer inquiries.
- Administrative Tasks: Supporting account administration activities, including completion of supplier Corporate Data forms, preparing and distributing License and ASC changes, Name change form, Transfers, and Assignments, and securing required approvals and submitting required paperwork to Business Operations.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Associate degree in business or accounting (two-year program) or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales operations, sales support, finance, or legal support role in a corporate setting. Bachelor's degree desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Soft Skills: Strong teamwork and customer service-oriented, highly motivated and results-driven, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and demonstrate good judgment in problem-solving and issue escalation.
