### Job Title: ERP Technology Specialist

### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technology Specialist to join our dynamic global team. As an ERP Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for administering cloud-based SaaS business systems, ensuring a stable and functional production environment, and troubleshooting systems problems.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Administer cloud-based SaaS business systems
* Ensure a stable and functional production environment
* Troubleshoot systems problems
* Provision and monitor user access
* Prepare and maintain system documentation
* Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity

### Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in technology
* Minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience administering cloud-based SaaS business systems
* Specific experience with or knowledge of the Infor M3 environment, including Infor M3 Business Engine (aka MVXSECOFR) administration, Infor Federation Service (IFS) administration and security, ION Desk administration, IDM (Infor Document Management) administration, and Infor Ming.Le administration
