About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled ERP M3 Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team at nVent. As a key member of our global organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and functionality of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support international implementation projects and ensure stable connectivity between the M3 ERP system and connected systems.
  • Provision and monitor user access, troubleshoot systems problems, and prepare and maintain system documentation.
  • Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity, and collaborate with international teams to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology and minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience administering cloud-based SaaS business systems.
  • Specific experience with or knowledge of the Infor M3 environment, including Infor M3 Business Engine administration, Infor Federation Service administration and security, ION Desk administration, IDM administration, and Infor administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
