ERP M3 Technology Analyst Job Description

We're seeking a skilled ERP M3 Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team at nVent. As a key member of our global organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the stability and functionality of our M3 ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support international implementation projects and ensure stable connectivity between the M3 ERP system and connected systems.
  • Provision and monitor user access, troubleshoot system problems, and maintain system documentation.
  • Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity, and collaborate with international teams to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology and minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience administering cloud-based SaaS business systems.
  • Specific experience with or knowledge of the Infor M3 environment, including Infor M3 Business Engine administration, Infor Federation Service administration and security, ION Desk administration, IDM administration, and Infor Ming.le administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
