About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled ERP Technology Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our M3 ERP team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability and functionality of our production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support international implementation projects and ensure stable connectivity between the M3 ERP system and connected systems.
  • Provision and monitor user access, troubleshoot systems problems, and prepare and maintain system documentation.
  • Analyze and secure data to maintain system integrity, and collaborate with international team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience administering cloud-based SaaS business systems.
  • Specific experience with Infor M3 environment, including Infor M3 Business Engine administration, Infor Federation Service administration and security, and IDM administration.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a desire to learn and grow with our company.
