About the Role

Radisson Hotel Group, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a highly skilled Associate Cluster Revenue Manager to join its Revenue Team in Madrid. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing revenue management for a designated cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for revenue growth and RevPAR improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and inventory optimization.
  • Generate accurate revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within your area of responsibility.
  • Analyze data from various systems to inform revenue management decisions and optimize revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the Area/Central Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure aligned direction and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust and drive revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted targets for RevPAR and RGI market penetration, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, and/or Distribution in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is desirable.
  • Valid work permit for the EU.
