We are in search of a Cluster Revenue Analyst to become a vital member of the RHG Revenue Team, The Club, which is recognized as an unparalleled revenue community.

The Cluster Revenue Analyst will play a crucial role in managing all facets of revenue strategies for a designated cluster of hotels, aiming to meet budgetary goals related to total revenue. This role involves pricing strategies, yield management, and overall revenue enhancement, necessitating a strategic, analytical, and commercial approach.

The Cluster Revenue Analyst will collaborate with hotel teams and key Commercial & Marketing stakeholders to drive Total Profitable Revenue and enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to enhance revenue and RevPAR for the assigned portfolio. Implement effective pricing strategies and ensure optimal inventory management across all revenue streams and market segments. Develop revenue forecasts and budgets for all hotels within the designated area. Investigate and extract relevant data from various systems for problem-solving and analysis. Embrace and optimize new systems and tools to maximize revenue potential. Collaborate closely with the Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel operational teams to ensure a unified direction. Build trust with key stakeholders through effective communication while balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term revenue optimization. Achieve total revenue growth and meet budgetary targets in RevPAR and RGI market penetration, ensuring forecast accuracy.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Statistics is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Distribution within the Hospitality sector. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are advantageous. Familiarity with Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and/or Distribution/Channel Management Systems is desirable. A valid work permit for the EU is required.
