Job Title: Cigna Service Experience Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Cigna Service Experience Manager. In this role, you will manage day-to-day queries from Cigna's customers while prioritizing their service experience.
- The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
- They must have good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and be able to learn new software applications quickly.
- A high level of English proficiency (C1 or higher) is required, with additional languages such as French or Italian being an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to productivity and quality standards set by management.
- Take ownership of all cases and follow through until resolution, scheduling follow-ups as needed.
- Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM tool.
- Handle confidential information in accordance with data privacy guidelines (GDPR).
- Maintain expert knowledge of relevant tools, processes, and documentation.
- Liaise with other departments as necessary for query resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High level of English language proficiency (C1 or higher).
Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
