Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Operations Specialist to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office-Information Technology Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and implementation assistance to our hotels during the Hypercare phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues and tickets during and after implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Lead calls to assist properties with bug fixing and configuration adjustments, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the vendor to ensure prompt resolution of tickets during the Hypercare phase.
  • Support the implementation team during the go-live week, making necessary adjustments to hotel configurations.
  • Travel as needed to support the Hypercare phase, implementation, and task force activities.
  • Guide and assist hotels post-implementation, raising tickets, resolving issues, and communicating with vendors.
  • Monitor and ensure the prompt resolution of tickets.
  • Assist the Above Property Manager as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Administration skills and high organizational abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dynamic teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP-TMS/EMMA software.
Education and Experience
  • Minimum education: Bachelor degree.
  • Minimum experience: 2-3 years.
  • Language skills: English and French are mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
  • Required certificates: None.
  • Required to travel: Occasionally.
  • Location: Spain based, with the possibility of France based.
