Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive new business growth for our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning and driving specific industries/regions to discover net-new opportunities. This involves advanced prospecting within target industries/regions, identifying and engaging with buyers through multiple channels, and working closely with our intelligent tech stack to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and multi-channel engage with buyers to drive discovery of net-new opportunities.
- Advanced prospecting within target industries/regions by reaching out to companies displaying demographic or behavioral buying signals.
- Build a sustainable pipeline focusing on quality over quantity.
- Generate highly qualified opportunities with a propensity to close.
Requirements
- Native/Bilingual in Swedish and Norwegian.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Competitive, collaborative, and innovative mindset.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. A competitive compensation structure with incentives is available. Salary details will be discussed during the first interview.
