About the Role: Veeva Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in Europe. As a Sales Development Representative for Veeva, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads, developing marketing plans, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and building trusted relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain expertise in consulting, product, industry, and sales to become an industry-leading Account Partner
  • Learn and execute a consultative sales methodology
  • Work within a defined territory to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities
  • Research and develop a plan for breaking into assigned accounts
  • Partner closely with sales teams to advance and close opportunities over time

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Sales development in Technology and/or Life Sciences
  • Fluent in Italian, Spanish & English
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Team-first mentality with proven success
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative
