Senior Sales & Listings Agent

Lucas Fox is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Listings Agent to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for listing properties in target areas, managing client relationships, and driving business development in assigned areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • In-depth knowledge of Madrid's key neighborhoods to list properties in target areas.
  • Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.
  • Business development in assigned areas, including farming potential properties to list, networking activities, and more.
  • Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, offering constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  • Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of Madrid's key areas and central locations preferred.
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
  • Financially and results-oriented, able to work in an international team.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, organized, and prepared to work flexible hours.
  • Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.
