Senior Sales Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to join our Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Lawton Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth.
- Sales Enablement: Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Salesforce Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Team Player: Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Ability to Work Independently: Collaborate with teammates and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM Systems: Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Curiosity and Grit: Ability to take ownership of problems and challenges, and always look for a better solution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a Related Field: MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-5 Years of Experience in Consulting, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Related Roles: Experience in data modeling and reporting for large amounts of data in a sustainable and replicable way.
- Experience in Supporting Sales Departments: Proven experience in sales forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
