About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Development Manager to join our Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Lawton Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Finance, Marketing, and Product, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall company growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of sales teams, providing guidance on sales methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Salesforce Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting.
