Technical Sales Engineer for Hygienic Fluid Handling

The Hygienic Fluid Handling Business Unit is crucial for our growth strategy, and we want to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer for Prepared Food, Beverage, Dairy, and Pharma applications in the Food & Water Division (Spain).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing this business by finding new opportunities in new customers and integrators.
- Building loyal relationships and selling our products through integrators and system builders.
- Creating awareness of the value of our products among end customers.
The critical part of the job will be to analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business unit strategy.
**About the Role**
A dynamic, structured, and proactive person with a genuine curiosity for business development and a digital mindset. Experience in the Food or Pharma market is valued, and strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales is required.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business unit strategy.
- Identify key factors to open doors with new customers.
- Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.
- Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, with a multichannel perspective, focusing on partners and understanding customer needs while highlighting the value of our products and services.
**What We Offer**
- An estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.

**Requirements**
- Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or similar.
- Experience in the Food or Pharma market is valued.
- Strong and solid commercial orientation (commercial skills) with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Fluid handling/heat exchanger technology knowledge is valued.
- Spanish and English speaker.
