About the Job:

Alfa Laval Iberica is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in the Food and Water Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business in the Hygienic Fluid Handling market, finding new opportunities in new customers and integrators, and creating awareness of the value of our products. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the business unit strategy team to analyze market insights and customer buying behavior, and will identify key factors to open doors in new customers. The position requires strong commercial skills, a digital mindset, and excellent communication skills. If you are a dynamic and proactive person who enjoys generating outstanding customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behavior
  • Identify key factors to open doors in new customers
  • Look for and manage leads from the market and customers
  • Visit customers, meet with partners, and interact with customers to understand their needs and highlight the value of our products

Requirements:
  • Industrial Engineering degree or similar
  • Experience in the Food or Pharma market
  • Strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Resident in the Madrid area
