Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive key account execution in the FDM (Food, Drug, Mass-Merchandise) market sector and deliver top-line sales revenue for our brands in northern Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned accounts directly, ensuring our products are available to the right customers and aligning with our brand strategy.
  • Implement consumer and shopper-driven strategies to achieve outstanding results for Newell Brands.
  • Develop and execute annual budgets for the accounts, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and achieving specified levels of forecast accuracy.
  • Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar, evaluating and course correcting, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar.
  • Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed.
  • Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).
