Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of approximately eight Customer Growth Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Customer Onboarding and Training: Oversee the internal onboarding process for new Customer Growth Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Expansion Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement MRR expansion measures to achieve sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Sales and Negotiation Training: Conduct internal sales and negotiation training to equip your team with the skills and confidence to drive customer growth and expansion.
- Process Improvement: Analyze internal processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
- Sales and Account Management: 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner management, preferably in a B2B software environment.
- Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Technical affinity and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving customer growth and expansion.
