About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Growth Team Lead to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and expansion across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop a team of approximately eight Customer Growth Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  2. Customer Onboarding and Training: Oversee the internal onboarding process for new Customer Growth Managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  3. Expansion Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement MRR expansion measures to achieve sales targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  4. Sales and Negotiation Training: Conduct internal sales and negotiation training to equip your team with the skills and confidence to drive customer growth and expansion.
  5. Process Improvement: Analyze internal processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Customer Operations, Finance, and Sales teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Leadership Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  2. Sales and Account Management: 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner management, preferably in a B2B software environment.
  3. Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical background, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Technical affinity and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving customer growth and expansion.
