As a Senior Area Manager, you will play a key role in driving our growth and success in the Madrid-Southern Spain region.

Your Role

As a Senior Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • Leading and managing a team of restaurant managers and staff to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Analyzing data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive innovation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulators
