Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Energy Practice Area in the Regional role. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic agenda and implementing business plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the annual plan for the Energy Practice Area, setting priorities and monitoring progress.
  • Lead business development and execution support, establishing visibility on commercial pipeline and maintaining reporting for the region.
  • Support regions' client prioritization and planning activities, as well as Marketing, 'Seat at the Table' and other business community activities.
  • Collaborate with Global People Team Director for Energy on recruiting, people processes, and career development.
  • Lead one global practice area work stream in collaboration with other regional managers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, credibility, and ability to influence senior members.
  • Ability to manage and drive area of accountabilities, contributing to higher level agenda setting.
  • Ability to lead complex, broader sub-functional teams or projects fully independently and provide direction to others.
