Stiamo cercando un professionista esperto per ricoprire il ruolo di Area Manager presso Hrspecialist Italia, un'azienda leader nei servizi alle imprese. Il candidato selezionato dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:

Compiti principali:
  • Organizzare e fornire supporto alla rete agenti, fornendo gli strumenti necessari per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita;
  • Assicurare la formazione tecnica e l'aggiornamento sui prodotti/servizi proposti;
  • Collaborare con il District Manager per definire il miglior impiego della rete a lui assegnata;
  • Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita definiti in collaborazione con la rete;
  • Proporre al District Manager strategie commerciali per migliorare i risultati e la competitività dell'azienda;
  • Identificare e integrare nuovi Energy Account per una gestione più efficace dell'area.
Requisiti:
  • Esperienza nel settore dei servizi alle aziende;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di una rete commerciale;
  • Orientamento agli obiettivi.

Hrspecialist Italia fa parte di una Holding S.p.A. con 30 società che operano nei settori dell'energia da fonti rinnovabili, domotica, fotovoltaico e stazioni di ricarica.
