Job Title: Sr. Launch & Expansion Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Launch & Expansion Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our start-up group, you will be responsible for growing and scaling our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) program across multiple Modes of Transport (MoTs). Your primary focus will be to develop and execute launch and expansion plans for new last-mile transportation initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive launch plans and mechanisms to ensure successful program deployment
  • Drive risk assessments and remediation to mitigate potential issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional work-streams across multiple countries to achieve program goals
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the program for Amazon customers and DSPs

Requirements:
