About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Launch and Expansion Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping us deliver launch and expansion plans for new last mile transportation initiatives, focusing on attracting delivery partners and building an effective launch and risk mitigation plan.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Amazon Logistics organization. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, drive critical business decisions, and elevate one-way door decisions to senior leadership. Your exceptional project and stakeholder management skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage competing priorities, ensuring critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders while maintaining a plan for less urgent matters.
  2. Dive deep into various work streams, learning about each stakeholder's contribution and challenges.
  3. Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders.
  4. Prioritize work-streams with the biggest impact on timelines and report status in a timely manner.
  5. Develop a strong management technical approach while being able to 'roll up your sleeves' and solve bottlenecks where needed.
  6. Maintain the overall project plan, enabling teams to be successful based on project milestones and Go-Live.
  7. Obtain stakeholder feedback, compile white papers, and run monthly business review processes to update all stakeholders.
