Senior Launch and Expansion Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Launch and Expansion Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping us deliver launch and expansion plans for new last-mile transportation initiatives, focusing on attracting delivery partners and building an effective launch and risk mitigation plan.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the rapidly growing Amazon Logistics organization. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, drive critical business decisions, and elevate key decisions to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Manage competing priorities, ensuring critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders while maintaining a plan for less urgent matters.
- Dive deep into various work streams, learning about each stakeholder's contribution and challenges.
- Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders.
- Prioritize work-streams that have the biggest impact on timelines and report status in a timely manner.
- Maintain the overall project plan, enabling teams to be successful based on project milestones and Go-Live.
- Obtain stakeholder feedback, compile white papers, and run monthly business review processes to update all stakeholders.
The EU DSP team partners with entrepreneurial individuals to build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity, enabling Amazon to continue delighting customers with fast, efficient, and bar-raising fulfillment of their orders.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in program or operations management.
- History of managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail.
- MBA and/or advanced degree in mathematics, economics, or a technical discipline.
- Experience in product, programs, or operations management within the logistics industry.
