We are seeking an exceptional Senior Launch and Expansion Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our start-up group, you will be responsible for growing and scaling our Delivery Service Partners (DSP) program across multiple Modes of Transport (MoTs).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans and mechanisms to enable DSPs to expand Amazon's last mile operations globally.
- Drive risk assessments and remediation, and coordinate all launch work-streams across multiple functions and countries.
- Identify opportunities to continually enhance the program for Amazon customers and the entrepreneurs that own and operate small delivery businesses.
We are looking for an experienced leader with exceptional project and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and elevating one-way door decisions to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, developing solutions and paths forward, and convincing senior management that their solution is the best one. Regular communication with senior management on status, risks, and action plans will be essential.
