About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Launch and Expansion Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching and expanding our last mile delivery operations globally, ensuring that our customers receive fast, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of their orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans and mechanisms to drive the growth of our last mile delivery operations.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities, ensuring critical projects remain visible to all stakeholders while maintaining a plan for less urgent matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance the program for Amazon customers and the entrepreneurs that own and operate small delivery businesses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support for the launch and expansion plans.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the launch and expansion plans.
About the Team

The EU DSP team partners with entrepreneurial individuals to build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity so that Amazon can continue to delight customers with fast, efficient, and bar-raising fulfillment of their orders.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis.
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience hiring and developing sales management teams.
