Senior Customer Success Manager

At Spryker, our Customer Success team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their business goals and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of high-touch customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of the customer, channeling feedback to internal stakeholders and colleagues to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and enhance service delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met successfully.
- Identify new expansion opportunities and align with cross-functional colleagues to convert on up-sell, cross-sell services & training.
