Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Infotree Global Solutions, you will be responsible for leading clients through the entire post-sales process, from onboarding to product expansion. This critical role supports clients in adopting and integrating products from the Network Security portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong partnerships and become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Manage client service experiences to exceed their expectations. Use data and analytics to drive changes, updates, and improvements. Collaborate with support and engineering teams to monitor and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and either German or French. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or in cybersecurity. Strong consulting and project management skills, with preferred qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Network Security is a plus.
We Offer:
Full-time position (9 AM - 6 PM EMEA time), with the possibility of remote work. Contract for a minimum of one year with the possibility of conversion to permanent employment.
