We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our European sales organization.
Your MissionAs a Business Development Manager in our automotive division, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and driving growth within our existing customer base.
You will work closely with our European sales team to develop and implement a customer portfolio and strategy, and will report directly to the Regional Director Sales & Operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the European market;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives;
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Regional Director Sales & Operations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position working for an international aftermarket supplier or automotive distributor;
- Good knowledge of the European automotive aftermarket on regional and national levels;
- Technical background in automotive;
- A high level of enthusiasm, energy, and desire to be successful;
- Data-oriented sales approach;
- Comfortable hunting for new business;
- Analytical but pragmatic, proactive person;
- Native German & fluent in English (speaking and writing).
