About the Role

Idneo is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Services & Compliance business unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in new markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored strategies to address these opportunities.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Proposal Development and Presentation

Develop and present competitive and attractive proposals to customers, highlighting the value proposition of Idneo's services and solutions.

Project Management and Coordination

Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, meeting customer expectations and timelines.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and report on progress to the Business Unit Director.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in new markets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present compelling proposals and solutions.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in both languages.
