About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Amcor. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the AFEMEA / Healthcare region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and profitability for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at assigned accounts.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within and beyond the existing portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure account strategies are implemented.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance against targets, and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a large-scale B2B environment, with a proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor business analysis and data.
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and adapt to changing industry dynamics.
