Having facilitated over one million nights rented through our platform, we proudly serve more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. Our offerings include a diverse range of road trip options: short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the opportunity to purchase one of our vehicles.

THE ROLE
We are seeking travel enthusiasts who are passionate about guest service for our operations. Reporting to the Branch's Operations Manager, as a Support and Cleaning Staff Member, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained to the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards and client specifications;
- Prepare and equip vans for each booking, ensuring readiness;
- Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions;
- Move and park vans, as well as assist clients with transportation;
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and supplies at the depot;
- Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs and maintenance as needed.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A valid Driver's license with the ability to operate a van;
- Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods;
- Previous experience in vehicle preparation for rental or dealership services is a plus;
- Attention to detail regarding cleanliness and inspections;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Immediate availability and comfort with a part-time schedule, including shifts from late morning to early afternoon.
