POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate travel lovers who excel in customer service for our operations. As a key representative of our brand, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional service standards, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and addressing any issues that arise to ensure seamless depot operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing incoming bookings, greeting guests, and overseeing check-in and check-out processes;
  • Preparing and sanitizing our campervans for guest use;
  • Ensuring our campervans are in optimal condition and monitoring for maintenance and repair needs;
  • Registering guests, managing inventory, and processing financial transactions;
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving emergencies efficiently.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A travel enthusiast with a knack for customer interaction, preferably with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Car Rentals;
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential;
  • Must be eligible to work and possess a valid driver's license, with confidence in driving a campervan;
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is required;
  • A responsible individual who is dependable and takes their role seriously;
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
