With over one million nights rented through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support & Cleaning Agent in Alhaurín de la Torre - Malaga. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining our fleet of campervans in pristine condition. Your primary duties will include:
- Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet company standards and client expectations
- Verifying and preparing vans for each booking, including equipping them with necessary items
- Performing inspections and maintaining accurate records of vehicle condition
- Moving and parking vans, as well as picking up clients from the airport
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot
- Delivering and collecting vehicles from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive a van
- The physical ability to meet the demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience in preparing vehicles for a car dealer or rent-a-car company
- An eye for cleanliness and inspection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability and flexibility to work part-time shifts from 10/11am to 3/4pm
