The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Service Representative. As a key member of our depot team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations and welcome guests
  • Prepare and clean campervans for rental
  • Maintain campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance needs
  • Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments
  • Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot emergencies

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a campervan
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
