Caterpillar is seeking a skilled Rental Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Construction Industries segment, you will play a critical role in delivering customer rental solutions and driving dealer rental revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess dealer rental services operations to identify structural and operational issues, and develop corrective actions and recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of improvement plans with dealers, focusing on operational targets, short-term and long-term growth objectives, and fleet management.
- Develop and execute operational improvement programs in alignment with rental growth strategies and operational goals, collaborating with dealers and internal teams.
- Provide training to Cat Rental and dealer rental teams to address shortfalls and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in rental service operations, with a strong understanding of fleet management, resources, training, and processes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to convey compelling messages and drive action plans with dealers.
