Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Andalucía. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales by executing sales strategies, handling all aspects of the sales cycle, and monitoring activity tracking and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies to find the right solution for their needs.
  • Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct regular business trips to focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
  • Support the onboarding process of new team members and share knowledge with other international sales teams.
  • Help in organizing events to promote Holidu and build a community of vacation rental owners.
Requirements
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to convince vacation rental homeowners.
  • Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality.
  • Solution-driven attitude and ability to work in a responsible and organized way.
  • Near native Spanish skills and fluent English.
  • Driver's license.
