Key Responsibilities- Booking Management: Handle bookings, optimize booking strategies, and ensure accurate and timely communication with guests.
- Front Office Operations: Manage arrivals, departures, and check-in validations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Guest Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Back Office Management: Oversee rental payments, invoicing, and related financial tasks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with guests, property owners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Coordination and Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between guests, housekeeping, key managers, suppliers, and property owners, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Property Listing Management: List new properties, set pricing, create offers, and onboard new owners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Channel Management: Optimize property listings on OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and with agents, maximizing visibility and revenue.
- Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Danish or Norwegian (C2 or native), English (C1 or native), and Spanish (B2 or native).
- Experience: Preferably from the holiday rental industry, with prior roles in office or front desk settings.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle complaints, work under pressure, and manage multitasking effectively.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with in-house PMS (Property Management Systems), portal extranets, and other relevant software.
- Other: A valid driver's license is required.
