Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Rental Guest Services Representative to join our team at B2B Recursos Humanos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to guests throughout their stay, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to guests via WhatsApp, email, and phone, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
  • Build strong relationships with guests over time, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure effective communication with other departments and management, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Enter bookings and updates into our Property Management System (PMS), maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
  • Address guest queries and provide unique experiences, ensuring every qualified inquiry becomes a booking and an engaged customer.
  • Track and update all bookings, leads, and system updates, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth booking process, from contract stage to payment and return of deposit.
  • Generate and send daily and weekly reports of owner bookings, obtaining approvals from owners as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Hospitality and Tourism or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar position, with specific training as a receptionist being an asset.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are essential, with the ability to speak a third language (Dutch, German, or French) being valuable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, a keen interest in multiple topics, and a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style while remaining clear and concise.
  • Multitasking and analytical thinking, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Independent and able to manage their own agenda, meeting schedules while following guidelines, procedures, and standards set by management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of technology, experience with OTAs and other similar platforms.
  • Impeccable work ethic and solid commitment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and collaboratively.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the company, culture, and what it means to be a luxury rental provider and travel concierge.
