Job Title: Technical Coordinator

As a Technical Coordinator at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the technical services element of the facility management contract, including the engineering teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel.
  • Review method statements, RAMS, and ensure relevant permits to work are issued prior to work commencing.
  • Accountable for legislative compliance in relation to Health and Safety for all building operations activities.
  • Communicate changes in policies, procedures, and standards to technicians.
  • Identify equipment not meeting statutory, Health and Safety or environmental regulations.
  • Lead a culture of safe working and compliance, striving for ZERO reportable accidents/incidents.
  • Engage with CBRE communications and announcements, maintaining constructive and positive professional relationships.
  • Ensure safety audits of buildings, plant rooms, and roof areas are carried out, remedying QHSE actions within specified time frames.
  • Assess all plant and equipment for compliance with legislation, engaging proactively with customers to ascertain their needs and concerns.
  • Act as the focal point for customer and facilities matters, ensuring data integrity for periodic and ad hoc reports.
