About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to join our team at Clue. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for leading software development projects within the aeronautical sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and estimate tasks with the team members, aligning with high-level project activities and milestones.
  • Plan the team's short-term activities to align them with project management goals.
  • Track task execution and help the team to continuously improve task estimations.
  • Coordinate with project managers to report project status and deviations from the plans.
  • Provide support to the team in non-development activities, such as management of issues with tools, leave, vacations, and purchases.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a management role, such as project manager, scrum master, or team coordinator.
  • Previous experience as a software developer.
  • Fluent English and Spanish speaker.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members who may not speak Spanish.
