POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking passionate travel aficionados who excel in customer service for our operations. As a vital part of our team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining our fleet of campervans in pristine condition, and addressing any operational challenges that arise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing incoming bookings, greeting guests, and overseeing the check-in and check-out processes;
  • Preparing and sanitizing our campervans for guest use;
  • Ensuring our campervans are well-maintained and monitoring for necessary repairs;
  • Registering guests, tracking inventory, and processing transactions;
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving emergencies effectively.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • A travel enthusiast with a strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Vehicle Rental;
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential;
  • Must be eligible to work and possess a valid driver's license, with confidence in driving a campervan;
  • Availability to work during weekends and public holidays is required;
  • A responsible individual who takes their duties seriously and can be depended upon;
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.
