You will be responsible for providing world-class support to Merchants selling on Amazon, ensuring they meet all their compliance needs and navigate the complexities of EU legislations.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Support: Provide expert guidance to Selling Partners on EU legislations, ensuring they comply with all relevant regulations and requirements.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to support Selling Partners in growing their businesses, including providing insights on market trends and best practices.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Selling Partners, Merchants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes that enhance the seller experience and drive business growth.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights on seller performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
